Seagulls are a common sight in Blackpool, as it is a coastal town with a thriving tourist industry. The seagulls in Blackpool are primarily herring gulls (Larus argentatus) and lesser black-backed gulls (Larus fuscus). They are known for their opportunistic feeding habits and their presence around the seaside promenade, piers, and beach areas.
